First interview was short with the requiter, he wanted to know my background and how I was qualified for the position. He reached out to me many times to make sure I was available for his interviews.

What interests you about AXA and how does your background fit this job description
Kind people with good questions to prepare you for the job. Very professional setting but still made you feel at ease. Explained the role and their company very well too.
I did a three part interview, first met with the VP twice and after that met the EVP at the final interview. If i could describe it with one word, I would say they made it flexible.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AXA (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2020
Interview
Extremely direct and timely, made me feel like a valued member of the team, even at the interview process. I very much felt at home at a potential company that I was simply applying to. This feeling was prior to any serious consideration.
