One round with the HR, one with the manager and one with the counterpart in the US and then they decide on the salary and after waiting for few days or a week offer letter will be shared

Had a couple of phone calls with John Morgan, the GOAT, in my opinion. More of a conversation than interview, as we talked about the theory of recruiting. I was a referral though, so maybe others had a tougher time. 2 calls. 2 negotiation calls.
