Interview
It was pretty Good experience, Questions were bit tricky but they mainly checked the smartness and Ease to fit in the industry.The session was more of an intractive one.
Then they conducted a Debate session, where everyone has to keep their own views.
They just wanted to check if we were able to just make a move and try to brief about the topic.
Primero se contactan a traves del email, y te envian un formulario para completar tus datos. Te hacen preguntas personales y de estudios. cursos. horarios disponibles. El segundo contacto es telefonico.. ya sería la entrevista oral, una charla comun todo en ingles. te evaluan el nivel que tenes para poder atender a los clientes.
El proceso de seleccion duro aprox un mes, donde pase por varias entrevistas. Todos los que me entrevistaron fueron respetuosos y buena onda. Se nota que en ambiente en general es así.

La entrevista fue sencilla y agradable. Me permitió compartir mis experiencias y habilidades de manera fluida. El ambiente fue acogedor, lo que facilitó una conversación abierta y sincera sobre mis objetivos y el ajuste con la cultura de la empresa.
