Ace Hardware Interview Questions

It was mostly standard questions. Not sure if things have changed, but there were very few technical questions and no coding test. Was mostly a standard interview with generic questions.

Had two virtual interviews, one with the manager and one with someone else on the team. Was supposed to have an in-person interview but one of their interviewers had a scheduling conflict, and I was ghosted upon trying to reschedule.

I scheduled it with the digital assistant, and the interview was via Teams with two team members. It was a very easy process, though the digital assistant was rather rough around the edges.

One on one interview with hiring manager. Was asked basic interviewing questions pertaining to work experience, education, goals, interests in the field, etc. Was interested in why I choose to apply to the company.

this interview was set at 1 pm and I showed up on time and got a great parking spot out front for the interview. I ate lunch at the burger king after a crossed the street after

very welcoming group of people. Asked questions which were relative to the job. Applying for any job as a young adult is nerve wracking and this group of people made sure it was professional but relaxed at the same time.

Great place to work. I shop at this store very often and the store employees are always friendly, nice and helpful. The store is very clean and inviting to all customers.

It was professional and a positive experience. They took the time to ask questions regarding character, work ethic and placing an emphasis on custom service. They clearly explained their company motto and what they are looking for in filling the position.

The interview process was swift. I had three Zoom interviews with my potential supervisor and two peers. The interviews went really well. The supervisor even mentioned a potential career trajectory based on my experience. I was told I would be receiving an offer on a specific date. I followed up twice and did receive a response from the recruiter or supervisor.

Phone interview went well. Gave the impression that I was goin to finalize the job only to arrive and have an interview like I was tryin out for corporate and tell me they’d get back within the day. Two days later I received an email sayin they went with another person better suited to their needs
