I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Acosta in Apr 2011
Interview
The interview was fairly easy and the interviewer did most of the talking. Seemed to want a candidate with a degree and felt if he/she found a candidate with a degree they would most likely get the job.
Never heard back from Acosta one way or the other about whether I got the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"I see that you didn't list college on the resume"?
First step to the process was a phone call with recruiter. Very simple stuff. Just make sure you let them know about how you know CPG and talk about past experiences you have with data. Retail experience and IT background should seal the deal.
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Acosta in May 2022
Interview
The person interviewing was very kind and easy to talk with. I felt like I was asking more questions than he was. If most people who work for this company have this personality, then I’m sure it’s a pleasant place to work.
I applied online. I interviewed at Acosta (Rogers, AR) in Oct 2016
Interview
Received call from HR setting up interview in Rogers location. Met with hiring manager and his boss. Thought interview went well - was asked very ambiguous sales questions. Was told they would make a decision by the end of the week (interviewed on a Monday) and let me know. Sent Thank You follow up e-mails and never heard back. Very unprofessional-like process. Called corporate HR multiple times to get update on process and was never called back. Although I didn't get the role, I realized I didn't want to work for a company that doesn't treat people right. Hiring managers never got back after multiple attempts to contact.
