I found my interview experience to be challenging in a good way. It was refreshing to find a highly knowledgeable and direct interviewer. In the niche I work in, it is rare to find any interviewer that even understands my area of expertise. Let alone challenge my knowledge with relevant and applicable questions that are directly related to the set of tasks for the contract.
I also found it incredibly easy to schedule my interviews. That's because I was working directly with the person holding the interviews and setting client meetings. Instead only working with some HR middle person, Suresh was hands-on and privy to every step in the process from my candidacy qualification, to HR onboarding and client introduction.
It's worthy also to mention that Suresh didn't stop there! He was extremely valuable and helpful during the life of the project as well.
