The first step of the interview is a half an hour chat with the team you would working in. Then there are 3 other interviews with Acquisition team, directors and CFO.
The process looks very good, but it very much depends on who is in the other side of the line.
On my first interview, the Team Lead started the interview without even saying “good morning” in the beginning. She was clearly not interested since the beginning: she was reading the questions she was supposed to ask me, answering messages while I was answering her questions (I could hear the messages notifications as she didn’t bother to turn off the volume of her computer), she answered her phone in the middle of my interview, she spent at least 10 minutes bragging herself that she built the section and the role from the scratch, that she was very resilient etc etc etc... long story short: the interview was about her, not about me.
As I said, the recruiting process sounds very fair, but they should make sure the person interviewing is interested in your profile before both waste time.
