Aer Lingus Graduate Program interview questions

Quick and casual telephone interview with a follow up invitation to the assessment centre in the Aer Lingus headquarters at Dublin airport. The day had two groups in for the finance programme, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Each group had 8 candidates. Staff and other candidates were lovely. The 'assessors' were clear and approachable, and sold the position well. There was a group assignment in teams of four with a small presentation, followed by an individual written exercise and short individual interview.
