After soo many years with working at the same place, I was teriffied with my 1st interview. I figured the real hard questions were coming and I would fall on my face. This simply did not happen. I ended up being the one asking the most questions and felt as I was the interviewer. Left feeling like this was a great fit for me, only no call back yet.
