      Flight Attendant Interview

      1 Oct 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Toronto, ON
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Air Canada (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2018

      Interview

The first thing that happens for me was a phone call that I received asking if I was still intestered in this job. Then she scheduled a time where she could do a pre screen interview. This process took about 20 minutes. A very easy process. I don’t have a fluent second language and was obviously not scheduled a language test. So I assumed that I wouldn’t proceed any further. Wel, the following day I received an email inviting me to a F2F interview. At this point I was reluctant but confirmed a date and time. On the day of the interview i went in and was greeted immediately by an AC rep. I followed her to a room and gave all the documents that I was asked to bring. That process took about 5 minutes. Then I followed the same lady to another room where I sat for about 10 minutes. Names one by one were being called to have there f2f interview. My name was cAlled at last( waited about 15 minutes) and I followed the recruiting consultant into another room where the others were all having their f2f interviews. It was a big enough room, with a lot of people talking at the same time. It was hard to stay focused but I got it done. The process took about 30 minutes. Then i was escorted out. I was confused.. she did say that I should hear back within 4-6 weeks. And then that was it.

It was a great experince doing an interview, even though I didn’t make the cut during the last interview for Air Canada. Overall it was a great journey. It does bring my hopes up because I lasted till the finals.
