By the end, my experience with this company was outright terrible. The recruiters failed to do their jobs properly. When they finally emailed me 3 reasons for not extending an offer in those they included links to two online courses I should focus on. Most of the material in those courses was based on numerous machine learning topics that were never even mentioned during my entire recruitment process. I wasn’t asked a single question about these subjects, neither remotely nor onsite, even though I knew most of the knowledge. I felt disrespected and denied a fair chance. To add to that, the recruiter(from intro call) promised to call me after the onsite session. That never happened. Another lie, leaving me feeling betrayed and disrespected yet again. Good programmers with great communicating skills and bright minds should definietly avoid this company.
1. intro call after cv submission
2. hackerrank test - medium/hard questions (graph theory)
3. onsite - inluded 4 different meetings, 4/5 hrs total, ML theory questions, live coding session also including graph theory
