Interview
I referred by a friend who had interned previously. First round I had a phone screen with a recruiter who then asked me what teams I would like to work on. Once I told her what I was interested in she reached out to the teams and responded to set up an onsite interview. Scheduling conflicts turned it into a 3 part Skype interview with 2 engineers and my hiring manager. The first engineer asked me some basic algorithm and data structure questions and the second one asked me questions specific to the project I would be working on. My hiring manager asked me questions about previous work experiences and dealing with disagreements in the workplace. I received the offer about 2 weeks later. For a sophomore $35/hour + $2500-$3500 housing stipend (Cambridge).

Very good, everyone was kind and genuinely interested in getting to know me and in responding my questions. The interview process was very smooth. The interviewers were very positive and tried to answer all of my questions to give me a good overview of the company. the questions were role-specific and also there was a lot of questions about me and my interests.
Internship interview consisted of initial phone screen with recruiter and hiring manager, followed by a series of 3, 30 min interviews with other members of the department and a final interview with the hiring manager.
