All Blue Solutions Devops Engineer interview questions

Had a online assessment as first round. After finishing my assessment, I got a mail from HR asking pick a date for onsite interview. I didn't get a chance to speak with any of them before that. The interview was conducted by three people with one person being Devops manager. They prepared some set of questions before hand and asked them one-by-one. It was a one hour interview but only couple of technical questions were asked. Rest all were based on managing skills and stuff. After a week I got a mail that they are moving forward with more experienced person. I don't know how they came to know how is more experienced without even asking questions. I think they just came to that decision by going through resume.
