Allianz Partners Operations Performance Manager interview questions

Initially had to complete on-line McQuaig tests. 1st interview was with hiring manager & HR - ran through my CV and discussed the role applying for. 2nd interview was with hiring manager again and one of his direct reports - had to do a presentation (topic sent to me in advanced so I could prepare). There was a 3 week gap between 1st & 2nd interview because of annual leave but I was kept informed by my recruitment agency every step of the way of the process & timescales.
