Interviewed by two senior team members. A combination of portfolio review and standard questions, such as software experience / technical experience. The portfolio review was as to be expected, and relevant questions were asked during the process. The interview took place before COVID.

The interview took about 45 minutes and we mostly talked about my portfolio and software experience and then i had to fill out a form saying how experienced i was with certain software.

The process was primarily looking to establish my skill set and whether my workflow/design process would suit Allies and Morrison. Initially, a questionnaire was used to establish software skills and previous employment roles. The interview then moved on to a more standard presentation with conversational questioning of the work process.
