Applied online, spoke with Hr he said there will be 5 rounds of interview 1) HR 2) Technical Round 3) spelling n grammar test 4)Communication Round 4)Operation round. Hr round was good , tell me something about your self and package, also cleared technical round which was conducted by Asst. manager, they me to office (pune)for some formality round such as spelling grammar round online test and communication round, cleared spelling and grammar test and had communication round with an Indian fake accent .com trainer. God knows what he was thinking about himself.He was acting as if he was born and brought up in US. Had very fake accent asked me superfluous questions, tell me something about your self, do you get angry, what are u proud of , explain a mp that was hanging on the wall, it was really a waste of time. com. round was good and had no problem and also spoke in a neutral accent. he did not know any thing about ITIL even though he is working for a IT co. He was useless interviewer wasted my time. he told me to wait for some time after interview. Hr approached me after 10min and said how was the int. round I said it was good. she said they don't find me suitable. because of that fool I lost my job , last round was with manager who was very professional but that fake accent trainer did not clear me, they did not provide me any feedback and said she will contact as always they lie. then I came to know that Allscripts not hiring and they didn't select anyone. It was a waste of time to go all the way to allscripts as I had to travel for 10hrs(to and fro journey). piece of advise to mgmt get rid of fake accent trainers as they're liabilities n not an asset.
