Interview was the Scenario and response process. The questions that I was asked were questions that were more appropriate to college or high school graduates rather than questions for someone with business experience

When someone asked for assistance in College, did you offer assistance and if so, what type of assistance did you provide
I applied on line and within a week I was contacted for a phone interview. After the phone interview I was asked to take an on line assessment. I was just notified that I passed the on line assessment and would be contacted for an interview. I will post the results of the interview.

2 Phone interviews - 1 is an initial screening, 2nd is an actual behavioral phone interview, 3rd in person interview with management asking behavioral type questions
