      I applied through other source. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Alltech Inc (Nashville, TN (US)) in March 2015.

      Interview

      The process was unnecessarily protracted and involved. After each interview I was told I would meet with 2-3 other people and the meeting would not be scheduled for 2 weeks or longer. The meeting with the CEO took place in Washington DC and initially I was asked to pay for the travel myself which I feel is unprofessional and lack of faith burden on the candidate. Although the company has promise as it makes its way into the US marketplace in the end, after two months, I just lost interest in pursuing the role and withdrew my name.
