I wanted to share some honest feedback about the hiring process. Firstly, it would be helpful if job details were shared as a complete package — outlining the role, responsibilities, and required experience. In my case, the role wasn’t even listed on the website, and there was confusion during the interview itself — one person referred to the role as CSR Manager, while the actual interview was for an ESG Manager position. This lack of clarity was quite confusing. I strongly suggest clarifying basic details before scheduling interviews so that both parties’ time is respected. Additionally, important communication should be handled via email rather than WhatsApp, which feels too personal and informal for professional matters. Lastly, requesting bank statements during the hiring process is not appropriate, as this is highly sensitive personal information. A more transparent and respectful approach would go a long way in improving the candidate experience.
