The onsite interview will assess your core editing skills, creative problem solving, and cultural fit. You will be given a short test edit, talking head video almost 1 minute long, you have to submit the result within 2-3 days. The goal is to see how you craft a compelling narrative under pressure, make technical and creative choices, and collaborate with the team through feedback. We're excited to see your process in action. For Non tehnical positions only two interviews are conducted.
