Interview
Three days after applying via the AlphaSights website, I received an invitation to record a video interview on the third-party website, "TakeTheInterview." The recording went smoothly, I answered six questions, each of which can be found in other reviews on this website. Preparation and response time is limited, so one would do well to look over the possible questions. Strangely, I received an email from a TakeTheInterview representative, essentially asking why I had not yet interviewed. Of course, I had already done so. I wrote back informing the representative that I had indeed completed the interview. He replied, saying something to the effect of "Okay, we have it. Thank you and AlphaSights will be in contact." This took place approximately one week ago, and I intend to follow up shortly, as I have not received any further correspondence.
very swift and seamless. The interview process was quick and efficient with constant communication for the team and the recruiter as well. I heard back quick after each interview section.
walk through of the resume. basic resume questions. why this role. what skills do u need for this role. why do u think u will be a good fit. what are some technical skills that you have
Interesting conversations. Behavioral + simulation case. If you know what the job is about and you have an interest you'll do well. Two rounds of interviews, first one was all behavioral, second one was both.
