Altria Engineering Intern interview questions

I was contacted by Altria for a phone interview, and was then asked to come in for an in person interview. I thought the interview went ok. The questions were not very difficult. I just wasn't exactly what they were looking for. My expertise was in a different area, and it looked like things were never going to go past the interview. They mostly asked situation questions (i.e. What challenges have you faced where you have had to emerge as a leader?)
