Wow, disappointing to say the least. My first interview was the HR screening. I was called late, then the call only lasted about 7 minutes. I hardly knew anything about the position or company afterwards and assumed they just were not interested in me. To my surprise I got a second interview. The second interview was with 2 managers. One of the managers showed up the zoom 20 minutes late and from their car… I understand things happen but I had to repeat all my previous answers to questions again and it felt very unprofessional. Still I got to the next level interview. The final interview was with the manager of the region. I felt quite belittled after that call as multiple answers I gave were followed with negative comments about how I was suited for the role. I left that final call knowing I did not have an interest working for the company after how I was treated but truly was shocked as I have never had an interview experience like that.

Two interviews first one was with the recruiter who asked a couple of questions
The second interview was extremely disappointing. Only because I was really hoping to get the job and express myself a little further. They only asked 2 questions and after reviewing my resume did not want to know anything further based on the experience. They did not allow me to state my experience and how it can relate to the job position. They were not really paying attention and unfortunately I think they made up their mind after reviewing my resume. The job required Ortho experience (which I had 2 years working as an ortho nurse), case management experience ( I have 3 years of this) as well as workers comp experience (0 experience). It is a catch 22 however when you are trying to get your foot in the door and everyone wants experience but no one gives you a chance to gain it.
