Very solid recrtuiment process based on amazon Leadership Principles, available on website. Usually it is a first contact with Recruiter, 45 min call with Hiring Manager and a 4/5-people-interview panel.

Recruiter screen, 4 rounds of interviews, writing task. Will need to speak to their values to answer questions. Recommended me for another role I wasn’t interested in pursuing. The process can feel long but not as long.

Interview
It was smooth and successful. They used the STAR technique and didn’t ask unnecessary questions. There was a clear direction to go. Highly recommend technique to be used. In terms of onboarding system all was clear and easy.

About Amazon principles which you need to read about.
The process was smooth and the total interview rounds were 5 I am guessing but I went through only 3 rounds which were quite interesting and smooth that I really like about their overall interview process.
