The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Tampa, FL) in May 2019
Interview
Applies and received email for interview. Dress business casual and drove out to Ruskin. Hardly an interview. You show up, sit through a PowerPoint, do a drug test and fill out paperwork and then you’re hired. On the job training during the first few days.

I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Bathgate, Scotland)
Interview
No interview process, went in and had the job essentially. No dress code just documentation to take to get set up on system. All welcoming and friendly though, very informal
The entire online process feels relentlessly exhausting and painfully tedious. Every step leads to another obstacle, another delay, another unnecessary complication. Instead of progress, it feels like moving through an endless maze of barriers, friction, confusion, and constant interruptions.
Agency, little contact, limited information, told never allowed to say no. Even if they are braking the rules, they dont like people pointing out issues, as because if they record them thats when they can get in trouble for it.
