Interview
The process was an 3 step things with
1. Initial HR screening
2. Followed with 2 rounds of telephonic interview and
3. followed with in-person interview in office
Overall the process was quite well and seemed to have right balance (complexity and duration level). I enjoyed going through the interview process

The interview was tough. First they asked me to write a code and then got into the intricacies of modeling. They had a tough technical round which went on for 1 hour. After that the second round consisted mostly of case studies in which the idea was to understand the thought process of the person
Recruiter, then hiring staff internally. Then you may interview with your potential peers, then leader then business leader. Then they ask you 3-4 competency based questions. They move you to the next level if you do well. If you don't, you receive a decline letter.

The process itself was well established and the person knew that they were looking for. It was an 1 hr interview process and I enjoyed the interview. They knew exactly what skill they were looking for and once i joined the job the description was exactly as described
