One on one interview, then a panel interview, then a paid work project that had to be presented to a group of stakeholders. Before the presentation there was one final interview.

The entire process was spelled out from the beginning, with clear timeframes for each step. Although the order changed, they planned for interviews with the managing supervisors, a paid skills assessment, and a final interview with the board.

The interview process was informative and wonderful. They were transparent about expectations, salary, and the expectations of the role. I truly appreciated the openness, as it allowed me to understand the full scope of the position and how I could contribute. Additionally, the discussion about company values and culture made it clear that they prioritize collaboration and professional growth, which resonates with my own goals.
