I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at American Income Life (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2013
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter in a rather feeble attempt to force me in to a seminar. They never mentioned the name of the company over the phone which is a big red flag. When I mentioned I was out of town, she quickly hurried me off the phone with the promise of an email. The email could have been crafted by a skilled toddler based on the simplicity of it.

Question 1
I'm confused, what city are you in? - I was literally asked this even though the city is blatantly posted on the resume and my monster account.
Super easy, they want to hire you because managers are measured on how many people they hire and retain. No past experience needed. They love a salesy attitude and over achievers

Tell me about yourself personally and professionally
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Income Life
Interview
First round was a general webinar/ zoom with zero interaction - more of a business presentation about the opportunities, followed by a survey form to fill out and return. 2nd round was maybe a 20 minute 1 on 1 interview where I was offered the position on the spot.
Standard interview questions - had a group interview and then a one-on-one with branch manager. went through all the steps to obtain cert and timeline to get started. Made aware that this position is purely commission based.
