The process was weird. I sent them my CV in November-December and they reached me at the end of February. First, they called me asking if I wanted to be interviewed. After that was an "interview" that actually was a prerecorded video with the company introduction. After that, they sent a link for a new "interview" that was scheduled for 2 days later (only one time slot was available), and again that was a company introduction speech but that time in real-time in zoom, however with 90+ participants.
That took around 35 min. Just after that introduction was supposed to be an interview, but I waited for 30 minutes in a room until someone joined. The representative joined the room and asked me why I was a good fit for this role and what impressed me the most.
I think that was the weirdest interview process in my life and I told the representative that I was not interested in working with them because I already spent way too much time for this company. With the way they treat their candidates, I don't want to be a member of that team.
