Went well - good people. 2 rounds of interviews about projects and background. And regular questions on process and POVs about the design process. Long timeline but pretty straight forward process
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ammunition (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
The process was quite straightforward and smooth. I had the opportunity to engage with four to five people from the company, each of whom expressed a genuine curiosity and interest in my work. They were eager to learn more about my projects and explore the various designs I have created throughout my portfolio.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ammunition (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Disclaimer: I had a recommendation from a friend, which got me in the door.
The interview process varies based on which team you are talking to. For me the process was fairly straight forward. I was introduced to a team member. After a conversation with him my information was forwarded to the head of the team. Then I was asked to come in for an interview. The interview was casual. I walked through my work, but mostly we just had a conversation about how I, and Ammunition, approach design. After I asked a few questions we wrapped. A few days later I got an offer for a contract position. One month into the contract I was offered a full-time position.
