I first got an application, filled it out and dropped it off the same day. A week later, no call. I called them twice and finally set up an interview with Derek. Afterwards he decided to give my application to his co-manager, Tiffany. I waited a week and got no response. I called to follow up again, and I was able to set up another interview. Tiffany was 10-15 minutes late though I could see her taking care of customers. She interviewed me, said I seemed a good fit and asked me to come back a third time for the final interview and possible formal job offer. I did this, was not interviewed a third time and was offered the job. I signed some paper work and was asked to come back a week later for "orientation": more paperwork, uniform, more information (not formal training, which would happen the first five shifts after this point). All in all it took over a month for me to become legitimately hired from the time of submitting the application.
