I applied in-person. I interviewed at Anand Tech Verce (Chennai) in Jul 2025
Interview
I was given a UI task as part of the interview process and submitted it well within the deadline, completing all the requirements they asked for. After submission, there was complete silence — no feedback, no acknowledgment, and no decision shared.
I followed up via email and even tried calling the HR multiple times, but received no response at all. This level of communication — or lack thereof — is unprofessional and disrespectful of a candidate’s time and effort.
If you're applying here, be prepared for a ghosting experience post-assignment, even if you do everything they ask. I hope the company improves its candidate communication and shows more transparency in the hiring process.
