4 rounds of interviews starting with Director level hiring manager, and final round with C-suite executive and still no decision. Ghosted! The entire process lasted 3 months and at the end no information shared.

Interview constitutes multiple rounds including people from local country then from respective zone and then from the global. cross funtcional heads can also interview and there are rounds for culture fit as well
Was good with technical questions. They rely too much on their 10 principles and your answer should be framed in that respect . Should be in English and on point
