It was a on-campus interview. Both interviewers had less than 2 years of work experience and were not really helpful in answering my questions. The interview questions are typical behavioral questions a consulting firm would ask.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Aon (Irvine, CA (US)) in November 2018.

    Interview

    Met with the company at the UCSB career fair and had my first interview with them the next day. The first interview was about 1.5 hours and I interviewed with 3 different people. The second interview was a couple of weeks later on-site and was 3 hours long. For the second I interviewed with 6-7 different people. Most questions were about my resume and my exams passed. I was asked a lot about why I wanted to be an actuary and why I wanted to do retirement/pension planning.

    it was a straightforward 4 round process. It started with a call interview for initial screening and then the next step was onsite interview in their office. There were 4 in oerson interviews with different employees followed by a lunch with two associates.
