I applied through my university's website and had to apply online as well. Pretty straightforward interview. The interview was an Alumni from my university and was extremely chill to speak to.

    Interview

Met with a few people and the interview wasn't that bad. Had a group dinner the night before and then two in person interviews the next day. The two people were nice and had worked for Aon for a long time so they knew about the company.

I applied online. I interviewed at Aon (Chicago, IL (US)) in September 2016.

    Interview

Simple interview: First video interview through hireview, then a two process face to face interview with Sr Operating Managers. The whole process took about four weeks. The interview was not difficult, prepare your thoughts beforehand. It also helps to have your resume with you.

    Interview

Easy going, conversational. Since this was a recent college grad position, initial interviews were held at school, then we had interviews in the Lincolnshire office. Received offer the next day.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aon (Austin, TX (US)) in March 2015.

    Interview

Submitted Resume, was contacted by recruiter to set up a 30 minute interview and then met with recruiter where she asked questions related to behavior. Did not talk about position itself much or anything personal about myself. Only questions about situations in the past related to experience.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (The Woodlands, TX (US)).

    Interview

The first round of interviews was on-campus. It was simple behavioral questions with a recruiter and didn't last more than 30 minutes. I found out within a week that I was moving on to the second round of interviews. The second and final round of interviews was at their office, and it was divided into two parts. The first for me was a "round table" discussion where applicants could ask questions about the LEAD program and position to employees. You didn't have to ask questions if you didn't want to though. The second half was two back-to-back interviews that again were primarily behavioral questions. They're just trying to assess who would fit into the company's culture so be familiar with the company and your resume
