Interview
I was hired for a position I didn't apply for. I initially met with a recruiter, then with a contractor (who worked for the same contractor company I do), then my (now) Supervisor, and then a manager from the contractor company.

Question 1
While I applied for a position doing one job, they were interested in my experience in a specific software I listed on my application. The person who screened my resume had no idea what it was, but passed it along since it met the criteria for what she wanted.
The main interview was minimal. I gave my experience and it passed the muster.
