The interview process was comprised of a phone screening and two on-site interviews. Everyone was very polite and engaging throughout the whole process and they really give me a thorough understanding of the company's purpose and responsibility. I got to meet with several levels of management within the department I was interviewing for - and it gave me great insight that not only was the position right for me, but the company was as well.
