The experience was overall very positive. The interview process was fair and reasonable, which several potential future coworkers interviewing from a variety of angles. HR communicated well throughout the process. I felt like I really got to understand what it would be like to work there and had all of my questions answered.

They are nice people but their interview process is laughably out of touch with the world we live in.
2-3hrs of homework and then a 4hr panel interview before you even work there. They want someone to eat/sleep/breathe their mission but at the of the day… if no one on the team can motivate you to be passionate in 4hrs, that’s more of a reflection on them.
If you are not ready to be a cheerleader, don’t apply. Requiring “passion” for a job while discounting skills and experience is an interesting take given no millennial I know is passionate about work. We are all just trying to survive and stay sane.
Thank you for your comment. We focus on candidates that share our value of delivering customer love. In our opinion, that is never out of touch with the world we live in.
