It's 3 interviews, before the final decision. One is the recruiter, the second is the managers and the third is with the director. They tend to go in depth with your experiences and your knowledge on insurance policies and products.
4 interviews with different people, HR rep, 4 members of the team and then the manager. Seems like a waste of time and a lot of repetition with the same questions asked by each person. It depends on if the interviewers like you

Interview
Two meetings, very straightforward and informative. Can’t think of any negatives for the interview process. Overall I think it was about two weeks before receiving the job offer from them. On my first day is when I met my manager.
