Interview
Group interview with 30 other people for a huge recruitment process. Interviews for Argos are no longer held this way but the process was nevertheless fun. Met some interesting people. Interview involved lots of game activity and team building skills.
You had to do an online assessment with your application with some scenario questions and then questions that are personality tailored. Then offered a 1 to 1 interview supposed to last 30 minutes

Tell us about a time you've had to deal with an unhappy customer ?
Casual conversation talking about experiences, skills etc. What the role was about and responsibilities it carries. Asked my availability and flexibility. Make sure you have questions to ask the interviewer asking about key aspects of the role.
