I applied in-person. I interviewed at Argos (Portishead, England)
Interview
I didn't know at first, but it turned out to be a group interview. We were told to take a seat somewhere around one of the 3 tables. We were asked individually to tell everyone a little bit about ourselves. Then we were asked to make up the ideal customer service superhero (I know, right?) With the people at our tables and then stand up and present our idea to everyone else. After that they handed each table a random item and told each group to try sell it to the others.

It was quite easy. They dont tend to put u in tough spots as they need you. Just be confident, be ready, and im sure youll get the job. If you dont there are other retailers thag will hire
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Argos
Interview
Great manager who interviewed me, was a very friendly and stress-free interview process. At the same, I was applying for the job in the middle of my degree for some extra money, and the manager was super accommodating to my university timetable too.
