3 step process. Screening, skillset, confirmation. Screening call laid out exactly what will happen. The people interviewing me were professional and positive at all times. They understood that the stress of an interview did not necessarily reflect the skillset. I felt encouraged to show my personality as well as skillset. Overall positive experience.
