Array (CA) Recruiter interview questions

A unique interview process, interviewed with one recruiter who was great, then a manager, then some associates afterwards. The first initial recruiter gave me a courtesy call to tell me I was not selected with no additional information. Then I never heard back. Throughout the process I kept hearing how different they are compared to other staffing agencies, but they are just the same. They ghost you and don't even tell you why.
