Artvostok interview questions

The HR-specialist sent two unpaid test tasks: one for modeling, the second for texturing. The tests took three full days. After sending, I waited two weeks, but still did not receive an answer. When I wrote myself, thw HR said that they would not hire me. When I asked for at least feedback, but they answered that all 3D artists were busy and could not give me feedback. I simply spent 3 days on unpaid work and 2 weeks waiting.
