I applied through university. I interviewed at Arup (Manchester, England) in Mar 2019
Interview
Friendly and welcoming team. Provided lots of useful information about the role and the specific team/office you would be joining. Also gave a lot of information on the company's ethos (very particular to Arup, ie. Ove Arup's Key Speech is a must read before interview). Asked interesting questions during the interview - did not stick to a-typical interview questions.

Question 1
Describe a project when you've had to complete work timely with competing deadlines.
It was a lot more casual than what I am used to. But this was certainly welcomed. Felt the hiring managers were genuinely interested in getting to know you and your ambitions
