First round was a general overview call with the recruiter. They just makesure your'rea good fit for the role then pass you along to the technical interview portion. The technical interview was all verbal (no code review/coding exercises). The interviewer told me within the first few seconds of the call that I was not a good fit due to my lack of technical experience. (Did not even say, hello, how are you etc..). He said they were looking for someone with 15-20 yrs of experience despite the job posting looking for a candidate with 3-5 years. Questions were simple "do you have experience with troubleshooting/networking?", "describe what technologies you have experience with"... It was an extremely rushed and unprofessional experience. I think I dodged a bullet if the role/company is anything like that interview experience.
