Did the normal phone screen with recruiter and hiring manager, then came onsite met with 1 person by phone and another in person filled out application and background check paperwork. The recruiter told me during the onsite visit, we are looking to hire the right candidate. I waited several weeks later same message . I took another offer while they waited for the right candidate.
