It's like chatting with old friend sharing latest industry news/ideas with a treat of meal & coffee. The session was conducted at cafe in a rather relaxed atmosphere. The hiring managers were more interested to know the candidate as a friend rather than as an employee. Sharing news/ideas rather than testing/assessment.
