The interview went smoothly and everyone was very nice all around. The questions were challenging but appropriate. The run down of the job description was extremely detailed and overall helpful in allowing me to understand what I should expect in the position.

Very easy! It was online with the manager of the department and she advised the job role is much easier than the job posting which was true. They required an adjuster license, and although mine was transferred from another state, they still assisted me with getting it update to my home state.

Good experience. The recruiter was very nice and answered all of my questions about the company and the position. After this interview, I had an opportunity to meet with the hiring manager. This part of the interview was more technical related to the position.

The phone interview was great. When I got to the interview with two ladies they asked a lot of STAR questions, I did my best. Trick-bag tactics in the interview if you ask me to see how sharp you are.
