    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Asurion in April 2011.

    Interview

Internal move. 4 interviews with people I'd been actively working with. Tough questions, mostly behavioral. Having to interview with 4 or more people, that you work with on a daily or weekly basis is ignorant. Completely inefficient and too costly. Spend 10 or 15 minutes in an information review not 45 minutes of formal review (interrogation). Either you are a fit or not.

    Interview Questions

    • Tell me about a time when you had to work with a very competitive person, tell me about a time when you had to do something you didn't agree with etc...   Answer Question

    Negotiation

They offered and I accepted. I didn't know you could negotiate.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Asurion (Nashville, TN (US)) in March 2016.

    Interview

Initial phone screening with HR, then an on-site interview with the hiring manager. Mostly just questions to see how you might fit in with their team and experience with SDLC. The interview was very laid back and could be a skype interview if need be. I really enjoyed talking with my hiring manager as he seemed very interested in learning about me as a person

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Asurion (Arlington, VA (US)) in August 2018.

    Interview

Consisted of one phone call with a recruiter and a day of interviews on site with three different people. The phone call was simple. The recruiter just went through my resume and asked me to explain it in more detail. The day of interviews included talking with three different managers from different sectors of the company.
